Picture yourself when you were five. In fact, dig out a photo of little you at that time and tape it to your mirror. How would you treat her, love her, feed her? How would you nurture her if you were the mother of little you? I bet you would protect her fiercely while giving her space to spread her itty-bitty wings. She’d get naps, healthy food, imagination time, and adventures into the wild. If playground bullies hurt her feelings, you’d hug her tears away and give her perspective. When tantrums or meltdowns turned her into a poltergeist, you’d demand a loving time-out in the naughty chair. From this day forward I want you to extend that same compassion to your adult self.
My buns are going to look amazing.
I can pretend it’s February?
Sorry I havent written in awhile, life has been busy, I’m juice crazy!
Okay, okay, okay. I know you are all wondering how much weight I have lost….37 pounds! Pretty crazy, right? I’m really noticing a difference in the mirror and I like it! And my brain feels like its working clearly. I’ve almost forgotten what I felt like before juice. Seriously, juicing has changed my life for the better forever.
SO, I wanted to talk you about something, that something is toots. Yes, tooting, you heard me right. Alright, so I used to be a big freakin gas bubble. Seriously, at any given moment I felt like I was going to let one rip. But ever since I started juicing that ever gas feeling has gone away. I think I have farted like once a week since juicing begun. Also, I used to always feel bloated and pain in my stomach. Almost everyday I would get knots and awful throbbing pain in my abdomen. Nothing like this has happened since juice. This is huge. Not farting and not being in pain. HELLO, that is amazing.
I tried to post an up to date before and after picture. I wish now that I had taken a proper before picture because all mine SUCK. Sorry.
Thats all for now, I’ll update again soon. Pinkie promise.
An inspiring cutie-pie! You look great, lady!
Also, I second the toot-data. When I’ve been juicing, my guts calm down considerably, and it’s one of my favorite changes, cause I’m not constantly worried about rippin’ one.
